Whether you're in the IB, Edexcel ID, AP Capstone, A-Levels, Honors/Advanced Diploma, or a standard high school program—we invite you to join a vibrant community of young thinkers from around the world!
Submit your paper or attend as an audience member and experience an exciting international academic conference filled with inspiration, innovation, and connection.
How to Select a Conference?
○ | Select one of the upcoming conferences thatinterest you. |
○ | Clicking on the conference will redirect you to its dedicated website. |
2. | Create a Member Account |
○ | Click on the "Sign Up" button to create your account. |
○ | Once your account has been successfully created, log in to the Member Center. |
How to Submit Your Paper?
We warmly welcome submissions from high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. Please follow the steps below to submit your paper:
○ | After logging in to your Member Center, go to the "Paper Submission" section. |
○ | Upload your manuscript in .doc or .docx format only. Other file types will not be accepted. |
2. | Paper Format Guidelines |
○ | If you are unsure about the required paper format, each conference website has a "Submission" tab located at the top. |
○ | There, you can download the detailed Paper Format Guidelines. |
3. | Wait for the Acceptance Letter |
○ | Once your paper has been reviewed, you will receive a notification. |
○ | You can download your Acceptance Letter (as well as the Invitation Letter, Receipt, and Conference Program) by navigating to:Member Center > Downloads: Acceptance/Invitation Letter, Receipt & Program. |
4. | Complete the Registration Payment |
○ | After receiving your acceptance letter, please proceed with the registration payment. |
○ | Go to "Paper Management" in the Member Center, click on "Pay", and follow the instructions to complete the payment via credit card or bank transfer.. |
5. | Important Note on Member Information |
○ | When filling in your member details, please ensure all information is accurate. |
○ | The name, affiliation (school/institution), and paper title you provide will appear exactly as entered on your certificate.. |
○ | If you are a high school student, please indicate your current academic program (e.g., International Baccalaureate (IB), Edexcel International Diploma (ID), Honors or Advanced Diploma, Advanced Placement (AP) Capstone, A-Levels, or Standard High School Program) in the “Department” section. |
